Our website's store function doesn't work with specialized shipping costs, so we are handling everything externally. You can still shop through our current catalogue of merchandise to see what's available, but to make a purchase, you must contact us.
2. All prices advertised are in U.S. dollars and include shipping to the U.S. only.
This is also due to restrictions with website's store system. Contact us to get a quote for an accurate shipping cost. We are happy to ship wherever we can, but you will always pay the shipping for international orders. We never inflate shipping prices and you pay exactly what it costs to get your items to you!
3. Merchandise is always limited to stock on hand.
We are 100% independently run and pay for everything ourselves, so we can't always guarantee there will always be a particular item or a particular size of clothing in stock. When supplies run out, we will be sure to immediately update item descriptions to reflect those changes. If that happens, you can contact us to ask about future shipments (if we have any planned).
4. We can't always guarantee an item will be restocked.
In the case of single-run merchandise or specialty items (such as limited edition autographed CDs), we may never be able to produce more. Those items will always be listed as such and will be more frequently updated with quantities available. If our supply of an item is limited to a quantity of ten, we will do our best to make sure you know it!
5. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Shop with caution.
If there is a problem and it's our fault, we will absolutely make it right. If it's not, we will do our best to make you happy. However, we can't guarantee we can cover the cost of a return in all cases. For example, if you ordered the wrong size of clothing, you should be prepared to pay the cost of shipping for the return, as well as shipping a new item to you.
